Dear Allan 

I would like to register our high regard for your business, your products and your service. 

We approached your company in 2007 to provide us with a newspaper wrapping machine that could wrap newspapers of a varying thickness without the need for cumbersome adjustment to machinery. We needed a machine that could easily handle the bulk a ‘Sunday Herald Sun’ at one end of the thickness scale down to our local paper at the other extreme with as few as 8 pages.  

Following careful consideration we ended up purchasing an “Adwrap V4 Air Operated Wrapper”, a purchase that hindsight has well and truly justified.  

The V4 Wrapper with its dial up ‘roller bed pressure’ and ‘wrapping speed’ makes easy work of any size paper and the inbuilt blower allows the use of finer plastics. We have up until this point of time been using 12 micron plastic; however after recent successful trials of a finer plastic, we will be now shifting to an 8 micron product. 

We would also like to commend you and your staff on your after sale service and the speedy provision of spare parts and consumables. We also very much appreciate the way you have carefully addressed any wrapping related problems or questions we have ever had.
